Arches 300gsm Cold Pressed Watercolour Paper Pad – 12 Sheets

Arches is considered one of the finest water colour papers and is made the traditional way, using a cylinder mould. This method ensures that the fibres are evenly distributed which makes the paper extremely stable, so it will not warp or stretch when water is applied to it.

Arches Water colour paper is made from long, 100% cotton fibres allowing it to absorb a lot of water without warping or causing the colours to bleed.

The paper is sized on the surface and internally with natural gelatine, so it can be scratched without tearing or linting. The colours are rendered beautifully even after scratching and gumming. Its natural dye and antifungal protection ensures its excellent permanence.

This pad is gummed on the short side. Recommended for watercolours, poster paint, acrylic, ink and calligraphy. May be used on offset typography.
