Matisse’s Flow Formula is most suitable for artists who require flowing strokes. It has a free flowing texture and a lower viscosity than Matisse Structure Formula. The versatility of Matisse Flow lends itself to many techniques – such as use in an airbrush with minimal dilution, mural painting or faux finishes. Ideal for glazing when thinned with a medium such as the MM7 Polymer Gloss Varnish. Watercolour artists will find mixing 5% of MM3 Surface Tension Breaker into water and using this mixture to dilute Matisse Flow Acrylic paint will allow the paint to behave very much like watercolour and allow for creating runs and dribbles.
