Shipping Policy

* Please note: ALL SHIPPING SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. There is no guarantee parcels will be delivered within stated timeframes due to COVID-19 causing delays across all shipping carriers.

Articci offers a flat rate of $11.00 across Australia and free shipping for orders over $99. This excludes the below:

  • Bulky Goods (Canvases, Rolls, Panels, Large Paper Sheets, Easels & other larger items) Australia Wide.
  • Hazardous Goods (Aerosols, Solvents & Various Mediums)

At checkout Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping will not be available if goods in the categories above are included. If you believe Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping should be available for your order and is not offered at the checkout, please contact us on (07) 5663 6883 or  and provide details of the items in your cart and your shipping address.

Quotes for alternative shipment options are displayed at checkout and you may select the desired shipping option if you have a preference for shipping.

Shipping quotes displayed at checkout may not always be accurate. These are estimated by the website system, but when booking these in, there may be additional charges. If the shipping charges are deemed significantly larger than what is paid at checkout, we will contact you to discuss options for shipping.

Hazardous Goods will be charged at the standard shipping rates at checkout. When booking the goods to be delivered by the various courier services, if the quote is greater than the rate paid we may contact you to discuss additional shipping fees.

Shipping Timeframes:

For Flat Rate Shipping, Articci will select what we deem as being the best shipping option for the parcel based on the weight, dimensions, destination, delivery timeframe and costs.

At checkout, shipping options are displayed from various carriers, allowing you to select shipping with your preferred carrier. These will display their standard shipping timeframes. These timeframe guidelines are provided by the service and are not guaranteed. Articci has no control over shipping companies delivering parcels within their stated guidelines.

Articci is not responsible for any loss suffered due to damage, delay or non-delivery by the courier company as the responsibility of Articci ends when the goods are passed over to the carrier. Customers, if they so desire, can arrange their own transport.

Most couriers collect parcels from us the day following booking.  Overnight shipping therefore may take 2 days, as the item will be picked up the following day and delivered the day after that.

Public Holidays:

Please note, orders are sent from Queensland and are therefore affected by Queensland Public Holidays. No couriers collect or deliver parcels on public holidays.

If I place an order today, will I receive it tomorrow?

If it is imperative that you receive your order by the next day, please contact us on (07) 5663 6883. If the order is placed before 11AM, all items are in stock and is sent with Australia Post Express, it is possible (subject to any Australia Post service delays). It is best to confirm this over the phone with us to ensure this can be done immediately.


Items stated as being “on Backorder” are not currently in stock. These items are either already on order with the supplier, are currently on backorder with the supplier (waiting for them to receive the stock in) or if not will be ordered in at the time of receiving your order.  If you have ordered any backordered items, your order will be held until all items have been received in and your order will be sent out as soon as the backordered item is received in stock.

Backordered items will not be sent to you separately unless you pay for separate postage for us to do so.

Please note, if you have ordered an item stated on the website as being on backorder we will not contact you about this, unless we have concerns that this item will take a very long time to come.

If you would like to check the approximate time for a backordered item, please contact us and we will update you with the expected timeframes.

Delivery to PO Boxes:

Certain items cannot be sent to PO Boxes or via Australia Post. If a PO Box address has been given or Australia Post shipping is selected and we are unable to send the item via Australia Post we will contact you to arrange alternative shipping, which may incur additional fees.

Returned Parcels:

If a parcel is returned back to us, unable to be delivered by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to pay for re-shipment of the parcel.

If a courier attempts to deliver your parcel and is unable to reach you and deems it unsafe to leave your parcel they will leave a card with instructions to contact you. If you do not contact them to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel after a period of time, they will return the parcel to us. 

Damage of Goods/Incorrect Items:

If your parcel contains an incorrect item, missing item or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  If you have received a damaged item, please provide photo evidence of the damaged items via email to and our team will do everything in our power to reach a resolution favourable for all parties.

Shipment Tracking:

When your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. You should then receive shipment tracking notifications via email from either Australia Post or our shipment platform for couriers via email.  A tracking link will be provided in the email from us, and you can click on this link to visit the tracking website for further information.
