How to ensure you get your order before Christmas... 

We do our best to ensure a quick turnaround on all orders, so that your package gets to the postman, and then to you, as quickly as possible. 

Shipping timeframes are outside of our control.  We do our best to pack and book your parcel for shipping as quickly as possible, however the actual shipping timeframe is outside of our control.

Place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you need your order urgently, please make sure your order does not contain any backordered items as this will delay the dispatch of your order.  This will be stated on the product page and on the checkout under each item in your cart.  

If you have ordered multiples of the same product please check this after changing the quantity as we may have some in stock but when you increase the quantity it may change to show that we do not have enough for your entire order.

Order Processing Time

If your order does not contain any backordered items, it will be packed and booked for shipping the same day if the order is received by 11am.  We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day, but we cannot guarantee this for orders placed after 11am.

Australia Post parcels are dropped to Australia Post on the same day.

Couriers collect parcels the following day (i.e. Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex/Fastway, TNT etc) - so if your order is placed on Monday before 11am, it will be picked up by the courier on Tuesday. Orders placed after 11am and before 3pm may still make pickup the following day but are not guaranteed. Orders placed after 3pm will be picked up the day following that I.e. if order placed at 5pm on Monday, the courier will pickup on Wednesday. 

How Will My Order Be Shipped:

If you have selected Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping, your order will most likely be sent with Australia Post unless it contains hazardous goods or is a bulky parcel.

As soon as your order is packed and booked you will receive the tracking number via email.

Australia Post Cut-Off Dates:

Australia Post has released its recommendation of lodgement dates for Christmas Deliveries. It is important to note that these dates recommended by Australia Post are NOT guaranteed.  Our recommendation is that you place your orders as early as possible.

Australia Post Recommended Lodgement Dates for Christmas Delivery:

This table below shows Australia Posts recommended last shipping date for delivery before Christmas 2022. Orders must be placed no later than 11am on the date shown (with no backorders) for shipping on that date.

PLEASE NOTE: Couriers pickup parcels the next business day following your order.

Please see the below Courier recommended pickup dates for Christmas delivery.  Shipping by these dates does not guarantee delivery by Christmas. As always, ordering as early as possible is best for Christmas delivery as it is a very busy time of year for Couriers and Postal Services.

Courier Service Christmas Close Dates:

Couriers will not be picking up or delivering parcels between Saturday 24th December and Tuesday 27th December.

Any orders placed during this time for courier delivery will be picked up from Wednesday 28th December.

Please note: when most couriers reopen on the 28th December, they have limited staff and will be very busy so some delays may occur.
