Mont Marte 100ml Oil Paints are available in a beautiful range of colours. They feature high quality lightfast pigments and a smooth buttery consistency. Oil paint has a much slower drying time than acrylics allowing the artist to manipulate the paint over several painting sessions and also allows subtle colour blending. Oil Paint dries to a consistent colour whereas acrylics may darken slightly upon drying. Oil paint offers long term durability, resistance to the elements and has been regarded as a fine art medium for hundreds of years. Thin with Oil Mediums such as Linseed Oil or Gamsol. Clean up using Gamsol or Solvent 75 (odourless mineral spirits). Do not mix with water.

Mont Marte Signature Black Paper Sketch Pads contains 25 sheets of 140gsm, acid free, textured black paper. Black paper is a marvellously versatile medium which can be used with a huge range of sketching media and craft projects.
This paper has a very fine tooth suited to soft pastels, hard pastels, oil pastels, white charcoal, metallic and coloured pencils. The sheets are tape bound and supported by a 2mm thick backing board. Practical tips for drawing on black paper are included on the inside cover.
